thoughts on "1 in 3 men would rape" study and Bill Cosby rape allegations

I was listening to a Bill Cosby rape allegation special on CNN and reading the study on apparent rape proclivity of average college male student (http://online.liebertpub.com/doi/pdf/10.1089/vio.2014.0022)  recently promoted by Cosmopolitan and felt inspired to write out a few thoughts.
